New Zealand Shipping Costs & Delivery

Please note:  We are a small family run business and endeavor to deliver you amazing products and service. 

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed with our best recommendation for shipping time frames. Some of our stock is on order and received after sales have finished. 

Delivery times will vary from 2- 14 working days and will be noted in your order confirmation email.

The shipping costs for New Zealand customers are determined by destination and overall weight of the order. Please note, there are some products where shipping is determined by their volumetric weight over their physical weight due to the size of the product and the nature of the packaging.

The delivery time for all New Zealand orders is approximately 1 to 5 working days. This does not include any time for processing your order.

Orders Under 5kg
All FLAT RATE deliveries (those under 5kg) are a non signature required service and deliveries will be left on site, you may want to consider a work address where there is someone to receive your order. 

Orders Greater than 5kg
All other shipping is a signature required service. When you place your order for any order that is under 5kg, please supply a physical address such as a workplace or a residence, where there will be someone present to sign for you item. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, and we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Once the Courier has picked up your order from our store, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track the journey of your order via the Courier website.

If the Courier attempts to deliver your parcel but you are not home, they will leave a card to call. Your parcel will be returned to their depot for up to 7 days for collection. You may book a re-delivery or redirect your parcel to an alternative address on their website free of charge. MISC. takes no responsibility for attempted deliveries. If your parcel is returned to MISC. after the collection period lapses, a re-delivery fee will be charged
